New Customer Configuration

The procedure below describes the steps for a New Customer configuration.

To perform a New Customer configuration:

1.

Install and properly configure both servers.

2.

Make sure the primary OVOC server is up and running.

3.

For each device added and managed by the OVOC server, the following features should be provisioned with both primary and secondary servers’ IP addresses:

Trap Destination Server

●

Session Experience Manager

●

NTP Server Address
